The leaves and stems offer a more subtle wasabi spice taste. They can be consumed raw as a compliment to salads or entrees, as well as pickled, charred or cooked in a variety of ways. Occasionally we will add wasabi flowers as available to orders of leaves and stems.

Shipping charges will be added to all orders except those picked up directly at our farm. Fresh wasabi will be shipped in cool packs from Hilo, Hawai’i via FedEx overnight or 2-day delivery.
